Especially elderly people enjoy the additional empowering by electric motor for their bicycles.
But be aware: batteries and motors are heavy. Some eBikes almost feel like small motorbikes and elderly people might have problems lifting them up – once they fell over.
also with anything expensive: it can be stolen – so if you bike a lot and you invest that much money into a bike – store and lock it safely even during „short“ shopping stops.
Maybe they should also include a GPS and GSM module so you can track the thief down!
